Involver offers a very simple interface for contest moderation using our Audience Management Platform. If you're at our business level or above and running any of our contest apps (text, photo, or video) on Facebook, you can moderate moderate them through the monitoring tab.

Find Contests Under the Monitor Tab:  Click on Contests in the Monitor tab. You will only see this if you've got an actual contest app installed.
 

View All Entries: Click "all", to the right of the Contest Entries header, to see everything that's been submitted.

Approve an Entry: These will not show up on your wall until they've been approved, which you can do by clicking the "check" icon to the left of your entry. Once approved, the "check" icon and the rectangle around the entry will turn green. This entry will now show in the gallery.

View Pending Entries: Click "pending" to the right of the Contest Entries header.

View Entries That Have Been Approved: You can double check that the entry has been approved by clicking "approved" to the right of the Contest Entries header, where your recently approved entries should now appear.

Deselect An Entry That Was Approved:You can deselect this entry by clicking the green "check" icon that is now to the left of your entry, which will make it disappear from the "approved" section.

Remove An Entry: Should you wish to remove an entry, for objectionable content or other reasons, click the "x" icon to the left of your entry. Once removed, the "x" icon and the rectangle around the entry will turn red. This content will no longer show.

View Entries That Have Been Removed: You can double check that the entry has been removed by clicking "removed" to the right of the Contest Entries header, where all removed entries should now appear. 

Deselect An Entry That Was Removed: You can deselect this entry as removed by clicking the red "x" icon that is now to the left of your entry, which will make it disappear from the "removed" section.

Select a Winning Entry: When you're ready to select a winning entry, click the "star" icon to the left of your entry. Once selected, the "star" icon and rectangle around the entry will turn green (or stay green, if it is already approved). This feature works the way approval and removal buttons do, in that multiple entries can be selected.

View Winning Entries: You can double check that winning has been removed by clicking "winners" to the right of the Contest Entries header, where all winning entries should now appear.

Deselect A Winning Entry: You can deselect these entries, should you change your mind, by simply clicking on the green "star" icon that is now to the left of your entry, which will make it disappear from the "winners" section.
